Responsible for the areas of media and brand image management, through the relationship with communication vehicles in general.
Acts as an instructor in Outplacement/Social Media courses.
Strong performance in social and philanthropic events.
André LS de Sousa
Graduating in Psychology from Fundação Hermínio Ometto – FHO Uniararas, with participation in several refresher courses in the area of People Management; Responsible for contacting candidates and partner companies, screening CVs and Hunting candidates.
Participates in the Elaboration, Application and Analysis of data collected in the Selection Processes.
Able to conduct selection processes for all hierarchical levels.
Sandra Aguiar Cavicchia
Graduated in Pedagogy and Biology from Fundação Hermínio Ometto – FHO Uniararas, with participation in several refresher courses in the administrative area.
With solid experiences in the Educational area, he assists in the development and revision of the pedagogical material of the T&D actions developed by Íntegra DHE.
He works in activities in the administrative area, coordinating and analyzing control systems and administrative methods, with the aim of improving functional activities.
Sidnei Aquiles Cavicchia
MBA/Post Graduate in Business Management from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco (UCDB), Graduated in Psychology from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (UNIMEP), with specialization in Analytical Psychology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), Coaching and Mentoring. 33 years in the People Management area, developing and coordinating projects in R & S, Professional Performance Assessment, Vocational Guidance, Coaching and Mentoring.
Specialist in Organizational Diagnosis, survey of training needs, job description/analysis and technical/behavioral training programs for all levels.
Lecturer in undergraduate and graduate courses.
