Íntegra Desenvolvimento Humano e Empresarial is a Human Resources consultancy, specialized in Recruitment & Selection, Potential Assessment, Development of Leaders and Supervisors, Team Strengthening Courses, Lectures for SIPATs, Vocational Guidance, Business Coaching and Psychosocial Assessment – NRs 33 and 35.

We are currently offering courses on:

 

Conflict Management

Objectives: Provide participants with tools for understanding and managing professional and personal conflicts arising from their professional activities.

Hours: 04:00 hs.

 

Formation of new Leaders

Objectives: To provide participants who are just beginning to work in their positions with the basic leadership tools and develop the necessary skills to meet the expectations of the company and employees in terms of Conflict Management, Communication, Time Management, People Management and Planning.  

Hours: 08:00 hs.

Advanced Leadership

Objectives: Foster the improvement of skills for Planning and Daily Management, through tools and techniques of practical use, leveraging the result of the Leader and consequently, improving the efficiency of the Sector / Area that he leads.

Hours: 08:00 hs.

Time Management for Results

Objectives: To provide participants with an awareness of the need to be more efficient and make better use of time in the search for improved productivity, providing practical tools for the correct use of this important resource.

Hours: 04:00 hs.

  

Personal Presentation Techniques

 Objectives: Technically and behaviorally train participants so that they can present their ideas and products to internal and external customers efficiently and effectively, overcoming shyness, maintaining emotional control and raising self-esteem.

Essential for people who hold leadership positions or who act as instructors / training multipliers.

Hours: 08:00 hs.

Customer service

Objectives: To provide participants with the condition for advance planning of Customer service actions. 

- Develop relationship skills and appropriate behaviors for excellence in customer treatment, such as ethics, cordiality and success in sales. 

- Raise awareness that Excellent Service is part of the company's strategy to attract and retain Customers.

Team Strengthening

"EACH ONE'S CONTRIBUTION TO THE BENEFIT AND SUCCESS OF ALL"

Objectives: Raise awareness of the importance of adopting appropriate attitudes and practices of interpersonal relationships in the pursuit and achievement of results.

Train participants for an effective performance in their interpersonal relationships, between internal and external customers, making available and facilitating the use of behavioral tools widely used and accepted in interpersonal communication.

Improve the work environment by encouraging integration and collaboration among team members.

Facilitate the employee's perception of the importance of their work, thus contributing to increase their motivation.

Personnel Administration

"UPDATED WITH LABOR REFORM"

 Objectives: To provide participants with basic knowledge of labor legislation and social security benefits with practices in routines in personnel and human resources administration,_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cfenabling_enabling_ a strategic administration, adapting the supervisor's relationship with the subordinate.

 Workload: 12:00 hs.
