Methodology

The program is individually developed.

  Three sessions are planned, addressing topics/activities aimed at:

• Expansion of knowledge of interests and values of the subject;

• Reflection on your expectations regarding your professional future;

• Establishing relationships between their internal aspects (interests and values) and professional life;

• Identification of professions that match your interests/criteria for professional choice;

Sessions last one hour and thirty minutes.

In the first two, Vocational Tests, Reasoning Tests, Personality Tests and Professional Awareness Games are applied.

In the last two sessions, feedback is provided for an analysis of professional possibilities, the job market and its perspectives.
